Deborah (Deb) Ferguson

Deb Ferguson, Vice President, Human Resources and Organization Development, is responsible for the development of the GreatAmerica organization, culture, and people. In this role, she is responsible for leadership development, team development and succession planning. She also provides leadership for human resources, employee development and strategic planning processes.

Prior to joining GreatAmerica in 2001, Deb worked for Rockwell Collins in a variety of Human Resources and Organization Development leadership roles.

Deb earned her B.A. in Psychology and her Masters in Organization Development from Bowling Green State University in Ohio. She has attained the SPHR (Senior Professional Human Resources) Certification and has over 20 years of human resources and organization development experience.

Deb is actively involved with United Way, having served on the Board of Directors and various committees over time. She is also active in the Shueyville United Methodist Church, serving on the Finance Committee, among other roles.

Deb enjoys spending her free time with her husband, Randy, and her three young children who are active in sports.
