Fitch Ratings has rated a series of notes from GreatAmerica Leasing Receivables Funding LLC. The notes, series 2006-1, include:

$75.56 million of class A-1 notes, rated "F1+";
$54.122 million of class A-2 notes,
$96.119 million of class A-3 notes, and
$75.208 million of class A-4 notes, all rated "AAA";
$16.342 million of class B notes, rated "AA";
$18.275 million of class C notes, rated "A."

The notes represent a pool of 31,160 equipment leasing contracts of a variety of different types of equipment, largely copiers and printers, which make up 42.39 percent of the pool, and from regions across the nation, with Florida the most-represented state.
