The site (www.greatamerica.com) depicts in-depth video interviews with GreatAmerica employees and several stories describing different positions within the company. “The idea was to create an online experience for individuals who are not just looking for a career, but are interested in being part of a dynamic work environment,” said Tony Golobic, GreatAmerica CEO. “Attracting the right type of individual has been a key to our success, and the new website broadens our reach to future GreatAmericans.” The site also improves awareness of the different types of businesses GreatAmerica serves. It provides summaries of the five GreatAmerica business groups and allows users to explore customer testimonials and alliances in the Office Equipment, Communications and Data, Distribution, HealthCare, and Direct Programs groups. Each unit immerses itself into the market it serves and taps into the complex dynamics that go into making a business successful. “We wanted to convey some of the culture that visitors to our offices have remarked on over the years.
