Assessing Talent for Future Success is a skill development workshop designed to help hiring managers take a critical look at their existing process of interviews and assessment activities as well as add to their skill set new ways to engage with today’s candidates and assess them for job and culture fit. Who Should Attend?

• Anyone new to the interview process. Knowing the purpose of each step of the interview process and being able to effectively elicit information from a candidate is a learned skill.
• Hiring managers. The entire hiring process takes time and resources away from the day-to-day business operations. Hiring talent that does not align with the business or doesn’t stay costs even more time and resources. Spend time honing the skills to make more long-term hires.
