Tess Dea

Tess Dea has been a Systems Business Analyst for IT at GreatAmerica Financial Services since 2014. She works with employees who request system changes to create a detailed requirement documentation to ensure developers understand the changes to be implemented. Prior to GreatAmerica, Tess worked at McLeod USA for 14 years starting as a Customer Service Rep, before becoming a Customer Service Supervisor, and finally a Business Analyst. She also worked at StoneRiver as a Business Analyst from 2011 to 2014. In her free time, Tess enjoys reading and spending time with her husband, her 10 year old daughter and their two dogs.
