GreatAmerica Hosting Free Webinar on Managed Services

(Cedar Rapids, IA) – GreatAmerica announced today it will host a free webinar on Building a Complete Managed Network Services Program for office equipment and telecommunications Dealers on August 24th, 2010 at 1pm CST. The one-hour webinar, presented by industry expert Mitch Morgan, is considered the first step in building a complete MNS program.
Mr. Morgan will present the four phases of MNS, the options for entering this market, and what is needed to build an internal help desk. GreatAmerica will also host a follow-up seminar that explores Managed Network Services Implementation and Business Planning at its headquarters in Cedar Rapids, IA on October 13 & 14, 2010.
