(MIDDLETON, WI)—In response to the continued pressures that dealers face to maintain and increase profits, Parts Now has launched a 1-day seminar series designed to help dealers protect their margins by cutting unnecessary costs and evaluating their product, service and support offerings to ensure they are profitable and sustainable.
The seminar series, titled “Move Your Business Forward: Tactics to Increase Your MPS Profits—Now,” will focus on specific tactics dealers can use to evaluate their programs and make changes to areas that are draining profits. Unlike many seminars that take a 30,000-foot view of the industry, Parts Now will take a 10-foot view to demonstrate actions that can be taken inside a dealer’s business to increase profits now.
Topics will include isolating cost centers in customer fleets, managing the most common machines in the field with low-cost tactics, adding managed services to your portfolio using turnkey offerings from expert vendors, and more.

A post-event webinar will be held on July 11 to provide attendees with an additional opportunity to have their questions answered in an open Q&A session with the presenters.
