GreatAmerica Wins Best Customer Support Award at World Expo

(Cedar Rapids, IA) – GreatAmerica Leasing Corporation has won the 2012 Recharger Magazine Readers Choice Award for Best Customer support at the World Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada. The award, voted on by readers of the Recharger publication, recognizes companies whose customers have the highest level of satisfaction with their technical support, delivery, packaging, warranty and marketing support.

“To be recognized in this way from a field of so many excellent companies is such an honor,” said Jennie Fisher, Senior Vice President and General Manager of the GreatAmerica Office Equipment Group. “This is a testament to our commitment to build lifelong relationships with our customers by delivering unparalleled service. It’s also a nice validation of our efforts over the last twenty years to elevate the quality of support in the financial services industry.”

GreatAmerica was also nominated in two more of the 11 award categories, including Best Managed Print Program and Best Article (“Strategic Planning Essentials,” by Sally Brause). Winners of the 2011 Recharger Magazine Readers Choice Awards were announced at the RCA Ceremony on July 20 at World Expo in Las Vegas.

This honor comes on the heels of GreatAmerica winning the Managed Print Services Association (MPSA) 2012 MPSA Leadership Award in the Professional Services category in May.
