Industry leaders join forces to deliver high-performance benchmarking and operational best practices to MSPs and IT Service Providers
Plano, TX and Cedar Rapids, IA – Service Leadership, Inc., a noted IT business transformation consultancy and publisher of the Service Leadership Index® benchmark, and Collabrance LLC, a leading Master MSP and subsidiary of GreatAmerica Financial Services, today announced a strategic alliance bringing Service Leadership Index® Managed IT quarterly coaching and benchmarking to Collabrance dealers and partners worldwide.
The Collabrance Managed Service Provider (MSP) partner success program now includes the option of joining a quarterly Collabrance best practices IT peer group, hosted by Collabrance, with best practices and industry leading benchmarking provided by Service Leadership. Collabrance partners will participate in quarterly knowledge sharing group meetings, and in the confidential Service Leadership Index® benchmark, which provides more than 80 critical Best-in-Class MSP metrics, enabling performance improvements and risk reduction in all areas of the partner’s Managed IT business.
GreatAmerica launched Collabrance in 2009 as a way to help Office Equipment Dealers and IT Solution Providers profitably grow their business more quickly with less risk, by providing high Operational Maturity Level© Managed IT Services through the Collabrance U.S. based Network Operations Center, Service Desk, and fully-vetted technology stack. Collabrance also provides its partners with access to industry thought leaders, a virtual sales manager, MSP best practices and proven processes to help grow faster with fewer challenges and optimized investment.
“We have a strong relationship with GreatAmerica and are excited to work with its Collabrance operation,” said Paul Dippell, CEO of Service Leadership. “Through our strategic alliance, Collabrance partners will be able to better assess their starting point in managed services, compare themselves against the industry’s most accurate benchmark, identify areas of benefit and risk, take the most effective actions and objectively measure progress over time.”
“We are excited to bring the unique capabilities of Service Leadership to Collabrance partners to share MSP best practices and benchmarks to aid in their growth and Operational Maturity Level© in managed services.” said Greg VanDeWalker, Senior Vice President of IT Channel and Service, Collabrance and GreatAmerica. “These MSP peer groups will accelerate our partners overall success and increase enterprise valuation.”
“Using Collabrance gives Office Equipment Dealers and IT Solution Providers a way to stay focused on growth and to reduce their risk as they grow their Managed IT business. Combining our high-performance managed IT best practices and S-L Index™ benchmarking with the Collabrance’ overall partner success program, is a great way for MSPs to get to Best-in-Class value creation in their IT businesses,” says Dippell.
