80 hours of paid holiday time each calendar year, equivalent to 10 paid holidays. The company designates specific scheduled workdays when GreatAmerica will be closed each year. The number of these scheduled holidays determines how many floating holidays are provided to make up the remainder of the ten paid holidays.

80 hours paid per calendar year. At the end of the year, unused illness hours may be converted into pay, floating holiday time (up to 40 hours per year), or a combination at a conversion rate of 70%. If pay is selected, payment is made in January following the end of the calendar year.
