This helps us to update, expand and analyze our records, identify new customers and provide products and services that may be of interest to you. GreatAmerica does not sell, rent or trade information collected through the Services with third parties for their promotional purposes.
GreatAmerica may retain information such as your company name, principal officer names, company address, personal and corporate identification information such as government issued tax identification numbers, driver’s license information, corporate tax returns (if provided) or other similar information used to confirm your company or an individual’s identity. You have the right to amend or update inaccurate or incomplete personal information, request deletion of your personal information or request that we no longer use it. Upon request, GreatAmerica will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information. If you believe that GreatAmerica’s records contain inaccurate or incomplete information about you or your company, you may correct, update, amend and/or delete/remove information by contacting us at the contact information listed below. We will review your concerns, respond within a reasonable time frame and correct our records, if necessary.
HOW WE PROTECT THE CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
GreatAmerica uses reasonable and appropriate measures to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Please note that no company can guarantee perfect online security so you should remain careful and vigilant in your online activities.
GreatAmerica operates general audience Services that are accessible to the public. These Services are not intended for visitors under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly market our products or services to children, nor do we knowingly collect personal information from children. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided such information through our Services, the parent or guardian should contact us in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may respond appropriately.
INFORMATION WE AUTOMATICALLY COLLECT (NOT PERSONAL INFORMATION)
Technologies such as cookies, beacons, tags, script or similar technologies are used by GreatAmerica and our partners, affiliates, analytics or service providers. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the website, tracking users’ movements around the Services, and gathering demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual and aggregated basis.
Cookies are small pieces of data that are stored on your device’s browser by a website you visit. GreatAmerica participates in a number of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, which allow their users to create, share and exchange content and information. Any information that you post on a social media platform is also subject to the privacy policies of that social media network. These platforms may share your information with us in identifiable or aggregated form.
DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS
We currently do not employ technology that recognizes “do-not-track” signals from your browser.
GREATAMERICA AS A SERVICE PROVIDER
When GreatAmerica is retained as a service provider to another organization, we may receive personal information about you in order to service your account. In our capacity as a service provider, we are only allowed to use your information in connection with the specific services that we provide on such other organization’s behalf.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you products or services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
