401k and Profit Sharing
GreatAmerica matches 50% of the first 10% of employee contribution in your 401K and provides an additional annual Profit Sharing contribution to employees who participate in the 401K.
PTO and Sick Time Compensation
Generous vacation & floating holidays - plus ten (10) days paid sick time each year. Unused sick days can be converted in a variety of ways at the end of each calendar year.
