Follow these steps:

Myers' sales representative or customer completes the corresponding quote and application links above
Application information and dollar amount is sent to GreatAmerica
Once the application is reviewed, GreatAmerica will relay the credit decision
Pending approval, GreatAmerica issues PO to Myers Tire to process order. Myers Tire invoices order, ships to customer, and sends copy of invoice to GreatAmerica
GreatAmerica contacts customer to restate terms and pays the invoice upon confirmed delivery
