How P3 Works!


  • You will ask your customer to buy a certain amount of parts from you every month (purchase goal).
  • Every month the customer makes their purchase goal, their NAPA account is reimbursed by NAPA for the Commodore monthly equipment payment
  • On months the customer doesn’t make their purchase goal with NAPA, they are not reimbursed for the Commodore payment, and they try again next month.

How to calculate the “Purchase Goal”

  • For Company-Owned Stores
    • Commodore Monthly Payment X 10 + Prior 12-month parts purchase average
  • For Independent (Jobber) Stores:
    • Commodore Monthly Payment X 12 (or multiplier of your choice) + Prior 12-month parts purchase average

Earn More Parts Business

Save by shifting purchases already being made. Buy a certain amount of parts from NAPA every month (purchase goal). Each month the purchase goal is met, the account is reimbursed by NAPA for an amount equal to or less than the interest of the financed equipment.  Watch the video to learn more about reducing equipment payment with increased parts purchases.
