Parental Leave

Sick Days

Ten days paid per calendar year. At the end of the year, unused illness hours may be converted into pay, floating holiday time (up to 5 days per year), or a combination at a conversion rate of 70%. If pay is selected,  payment is made in January following the end of the calendar year.

401(k) & Profit Sharing Plan

A. Team member can defer the lesser of $19,500 (2020) or 100% of Compensation. The company matches 50% of the first 10% of the  team member’s compensation deferral.

B. In addition, the company contributes a discretionary amount approximately equal to 4% of team member's base salary irrespective of any contribution on his/her part.

  • Vesting of company’s contribution – 20% per year

Quarterly enrollment.
Company match contribution starts immediately upon enrollment. Company profit sharing contribution occurs in December following one year anniversary of eligibility in the plan.
