Ed began his career in San Francisco in 1973 working after school at the family print shop. From this simple beginning, he went on to hold several positions within the industry. From Technician to National Sales Trainer, Branch Manager to Divisional Manager Ed has learned the industry by doing.In 2009 he discovered Salesforce.com and founded "The Sailor Group, Inc." with the sole intent of designing and developing a custom CRM for the Office Technology Industry built on the SF platform - AgentDealer.Today AgentDealer celebrates its 10th Anniversary and is used by many of the most successful dealers in the country.
