GreatAmerica Honored with Two 2019 Global MPSA MPS Leadership Awards
em>Company Takes Home Awards for ‘Best MPS Professional Services Provider' and is Joint Winner of ‘Best MPS Industry Collaboration'
Austin, Texas, June 14, 2019 — GreatAmerica Financial Services Corporation is pleased to announce it has been awarded two 2019 Global MPSA MPS Leadership Awards. The Company was recognized as ‘Best MPS Professional Services Provider'. The company was also honored as one of five companies to jointly be awarded The Managed Print Services Association (MPSA) Award for Best MPS Industry Collaboration. The five winners for the collaboration award include: Epson America, GreatAmerica Financial Services Corporation, PrintFleet, Synnex Corporation and Simac. These were two of the six awards announced at the ceremony which took place at the 2019 BTA Gateway to Success event in Austin, Texas on June 14th at the Fairmont Hotel. MPSA President, Tawnya Stone, emceed the ceremony.
"It is a true honor to be recognized for two MPSA Awards; especially in such esteemed company as those with which we collaborated with, this past year, including Epson, PrintFleet, Synnex and Simac," stated Jennie Fisher, senior vice president and general manager, Office Equipment Group, GreatAmerica Financial Services. "There is still opportunity in managed print and industry collaboration is a rising tide that lifts all boats, so to speak, in order to seize that opportunity," she added.
The new program, branded Cornerstone, features a cloud-based portal that allows Epson resellers to write MPS contracts in a completely automated fashion. Resellers can use Cornerstone to help develop and sell print agreements that integrate solutions from reputable industry leaders, including PrintFleet for device management and GreatAmerica Financial Services for monthly billing.
GreatAmerica has deployed their technologies in a way that allows integration of their billing and financing capabilities with the Cornerstone program. The Cornerstone portal communicates with GreatAmerica systems throughout the entire life of a contract – from credit approval, to the digital signing of a contract, and even through the invoicing process, billing customers for supplies as they are shipped.
A judging panel of experienced industry leaders was selected from the MPSA membership and led by members of the MPSA Executive Committee.
