GreatAmerica Customers Can Now Submit Credit Applications via ConnectWise
(Cedar Rapids, IA) – GreatAmerica Financial Services Corporation announced today it has enhanced its integration with ConnectWise to allow customers to submit credit applications. The new feature will improve front-end efficiency for ConnectWise users.

The new feature allows status tracking of submitted applications and streamlines the sales process by empowering users to programmatically capture submissions via open ConnectWise opportunities and send those details to GreatAmerica for credit approval.

Current integrations with ConnectWise allow IT Solution Providers to include miscellaneous charges from Managed Services contracts, such as equipment charges and service charges, on GreatAmerica's monthly invoice. GreatAmerica is also reporting customer delinquency through ConnectWise.
